upgrading to high sierra ?

hi . i have a macbook pro early 2011 running on high sierra slow. upgrading to mojave makes it faster or worse ?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.13

Oh, then what should i do for make it faster ?

Should I downgrade to the el capitan ?

i have a ssd drive instead of original hdd
