Not delivered for Text messages

When I try to text someone, my text will not be delivered, yet I can receive texts from them. When I press “send button” a “not delivered” error emerges ‘immediately’. It’s not about iMessage, my text messaging is like this.

please help. Can't find a way to fix it.

Problems with text messages on iPhone 14 Pro I have 2 new iPhone 14 pro's. One of the phones intermittently allows text messages to be sent, and often does not receive texts sent to that phone number. The second iPhone performs without any problems so I think the issue is with the phone or phone setup and not the network. Are there any settings that I need to check in order to make sure that I am not unintentionally causing the problem myself? Often there is a "message not sent" notice. Clicking on it will give options to resend or to sent the message as text (I don't know how else it is being sent if not by text). Does this suggest any possible settings issues treat I need ro change?

Can't send text messages on my iPhone I can’t send texts. I was doing some stuff in settings and I try to text now and it gives me the undelivered message and to try again. I can receive texts though. I hope I can send this [Re-Titled by Moderator]
