Issue downloading an album

I purchased a new album and I can not download it. I pre ordered Dream Theater: Distance Over Time. The initial singles downloaded but when the album released they disappeared and only a few of the songs on the album downloaded. I removed the album from my library thinking that I needed to re-download the album so I have all of the songs. Now when I go to the iTunes Store or my purchases, I do not have the option to download the album that I paid for. Please let me know if I need to provide additional information.
