XCode showing as a download instead of update

Hi, I was just trying to update XCode on my mac but I don't see a "UPDATE" button. Instead, the app store shows me the "cloud download icon" as if it's not on my mac. XCode is running perfectly on my Mac without any issues. What should I do?
