VIDEOS WILL NOT PLAY FROM ICLOUD

I recorded 3 approximately 20-30 minute videos on my iPhone this day last week and no matter what I try or do they WILL NOT play. I have signed in to my iCloud via browser and eventually the videos will load but when I'm on my Mac or iPhone the videos will spend hours downloading for iCloud and then never play because I problem will occur. I have recorded large files before with NO issues so I can't understand why these videos are a problem? I have 50GB of storage also. I am very very frustrated as I've been trying everything to sort out this problem the past two hours. I need these videos ASAP. Please can anyone help!
