Carbonite Issue

I discovered that Carbonite was not backing up my files;. so, I had a chat session with Carbonite. It turns out that Carbonite and current versions of MacOS Firewall are incompatible (mine is OS 10.14.3) This information is not offered by Carbonite, who is happy to sell you a subscription even though it won't backup your files. No error statements are sent by Carbonite. If you want to use Carbonite, you will have to turnoff Firewall, which is unacceptable to me.

After I discovered the problem, Carbonite did offer a prorated refund.

Hopefully Carbonite works better than it used to on macOS.
