what is Outbyte MacRepair? Is it safe to use?

I found this app downloaded onto my MacBook Pro. Don't remember putting it onto my computer. What is it? Is it safe? Is it an Apple application? Thank in advance.

MacRepair Last night this Outbyte MacRepair software showed up on my computer. It looked like an official Apple program, so I downloaded it to clean up my computer. Is this a legitimate Apple program for automatically searching your computer for viruses and other problems or is it sa scam to get you to buy their expanded program? Should I delete it?
