Error 4005

Hi

i was told by apple to restore my iPhone and set up as new. However I can’t even get it to turn on!!

After extracting software it goes to waiting for iPhone

right after this process I keep getting the same error 4005 !!!!

been trying for a few hours now

I have the latest updates

mojave installed a few days ago

itunes has the latest software

tried new iPhone wire

tried all USB ports

can anyone help?
