mail is not receiving e-mails in the inbox

It's been now several weeks since I update to Mac OS Mojave 10.14.3 and my mail is not sorting e-mails properly. Some boxes have disappeared and new messages sometimes appeared in the draft box to be lost somewhere when I try to move them to another box

I have already talk to an Apple expert, re-installed the Mojave, use the BackUp Machine, etc. nothing seems to work.

I also have an Apple MacBook Air 13 going through the same problems. Is something to do with the software update.

Anything you people can do to fix it? Thanks
