Help to cancel Life 360 subscription

Need to cancel accidental subscription to Life 360, have followed detailed several times with assistance, and once we get to edit subscription window everything freezes. Have restarted phone several times to no avail. Please help. have an iPhone 7 Plus

You've tried on your computer's iTunes as well : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ? If you have the same problem there contact iTunes Support and see if they can stop it for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
