starzmediadigital.com/djangounchained access denied

I bought Django Unchanied and have a digital copy insert, but it tells to go to starzmediadigital.com/djangounchained. When I got to that all I get is an access denied screen.

when i try to redeem code in iTunes or any other movie redemption site, it states code is invalid.

Roblox purchase issues! Hello there! I have set up a new Apple ID for my 8 year old daughter. When she tries to purchase some Roblox on her iPod, it successfully asks me for permission and after accepting the purchase , it gives us error that something went wrong with the purchase and we need to contact iTunes support! 'This Computer is not authorised' I get the following error message when trying to rent a film" In order to buy, you need to authorise this computer. To authorise this computer, go to the Account menu and select Authorisations. The thing is, I've rented films off here before, and where on earth is the 'Authorisations'? Thank you

What store is the code for, and has it expired ? Has wherever you got the code from got contact details for what to do if you have a problem with it ?
