From my mac book I can stream music from Itunes to Apple TV and play music on TV speakers and at the same time to several airport express connected to speakers. However when trying to do the same from my iPhone it does not let me stream simultaneously to apple tv and airport express? I can only stream to airport express choosing apps tv disconnect from airpot express? How can I solve this/

You would need to make sure your phone is up to date. You would then need to go through control centre or to select multiple speakers to stream via airplay 2.
