In Photo Booth, drag the thumbnail to your desktop and upload it like you would any other video, following the instructions of the receiving entity. It will be a .mov file. If you need another format, use a free download converter like Handbrake or VLC to convert it to the necessary format.

With a two minute video, you may be able to drag it into an email to send. If your email provider has a size limitation that prevents that, try going to System Preferences/iCloud and setting up a free iCloud mail account that allows much larger file sizes to be sent.

Another way is to upload the movie to You Tube as unlisted, and then you can send a link to the movie in an email.

One more thing, if you use iCloud email to send the video, there will be a 30 day limitation period in which the video can be accessed by the recipient of the email. So the recipient would need to transfer the video to its own server or drive to keep it permanently.
