How can I increase the 15-minute limit on videos in Photos sharing

How can I share a video from Photos in a shared album that is 18 minutes long? I got a message that the limit is 15 minutes long. I don't want to upload it to another app. I just want to share it with one or two people. Thank you.

You can't. It is a limit.

You can put it into a shared iCloud drive folder, and share it that way, or you can upload to Youtube.
