I have a video that is about 395MB shot on my iPad at 1080P (20 frames per sec). It has been over 18 hours and the video still has not implode to the cloud. I have 300Mbps (download) and 20Mbps (upload speed) with my service provider. Can't understand why it's taking so long. My only guess is with everyone self quarantining is that internet is totally bogged down. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply. The video is about 4.5 minutes in length. I suspect due to the times we are in now that the service providers may be limiting video and photo transfers eg texts, cloud uploads, etc. I tried sending a text to my wife with an attached photo and the message failed.
