Update unavailable with this Apple ID?

Sonic wall is coming up everyday as needing an update. Two issues, Sonic Wall is not on my computer and I cannot stop this alert from showing up.

Anyone have any ideas on how to stop this. I would assume there are some hidden files in a library somewhere that prompt the app store for an update that need to be deleted but I have not been able to locate them.

Help please as this is driving me crazy................ I'm a bit OCD with this stuff.
