Garageband

Recently got a new hard drive after dropping my mac and everything has been working fine except garage band. For some reason when I try to type using the instruments but nothing plays from the speakers. Also when I start a new project the pick a track type screen is greyed out and I can't choose any of the three options except press the blue create button in the lower right hand corner.

Garageband system overload Hello. I have a late 2014 Mac mini 2,6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Ram and Intel Iris 1536 MB GPU. In garageband i have been working on a song. It is just 1 minute long and I am starting to get the ,,System overload the audio engine was not able to process all required data in time. This happens after the last bit of the song.After I press ok the rainbow wheel starts showing up and the Mac mini is unresponsive. Either I have to force shutdown the Mac or open a new window and force quit garageband. By the way if you are wondering I just upgraded to a fast SSD over the old HDD and my computer is blazing fast. Final Cut Pro gets stuck on loading audio components. Wont Open! Since updating my macbook last night, I can't open Final Cut Pro. The application gets stuck loading audio components and never opens.

Media Playback In Monterey Is Painfully Glitchy..... Monterey is not playing back any media. I noticed it the other day however the issue resolved itself after a reboot, but now it's back again. Songs via the Music app show that it should be playing after you click "play" - but the slider doesn't advance. And hitting the spacebar to preview a song or video in Finder yields the same result. The video content appears still and silent. Quicktime also does not play music or videos. I tried to see if creating a new user account would help remedy the issue, but it was still there. This is a new 2020 edition Mac Mini. Anyone have the same issue and/or found a resolution?
