Bought Sigrid album. Missing track 1 and 4 Hidden from me. I purchased these 2 a while ago before rest of album was released. Now when I click show complete album I click to play it and it just re directs me to Apple Music subscription advert and doesn’t play. Not good

Hello graeme295,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I saw your post about your iTunes purchase, and I'm glad to help out.

Based on your screenshots and description, it sounds likely that these two songs are hidden. I recommend checking out the steps here to unhide them: Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books. Then, check out these steps to Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books.

I hope this helps!

Take care.

Hi graeme295,

Thanks for the follow-up.

Have you ever used another Apple ID on your device? If you check your purchase history using this link, do you see the two songs you mentioned? See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store

If you see the two songs in your purchase history, signing out and back in may help. To do this, tap Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store. Then, tap your Apple ID and sign out, and then sign back in. Keep in mind that you may need to re-download some content after this process.

Cheers.
