Bought Sigrid album. Missing track 1 and 4 Hidden from me. I purchased these 2 a while ago before rest of album was released. Now when I click show complete album I click to play it and it just re directs me to Apple Music subscription advert and doesn’t play. Not good

Have you ever used another Apple ID on your device? If you check your purchase history using this link, do you see the two songs you mentioned? See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store
If you see the two songs in your purchase history, signing out and back in may help. To do this, tap Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store. Then, tap your Apple ID and sign out, and then sign back in. Keep in mind that you may need to re-download some content after this process.

never used any other iTunes account. Always been the same one. Isn’t showing on purchased either. Or on hidden. But I bought it and it says purchased but won’t play. I will try signing out and back in
Tried signing in and out doesn’t work. The two songs don’t appear in hidden and the purchase history only goes back to December. So frustrating. Must be a simpler way to provide music to people. Seriously considering a separate music app non apple now. Years of issues with iTunes
It doesn’t show under hidden purchases. I’m totally stuck. Why is it so complicated.
