After downloading ios 12.1.4 my Bluetooth quit working. Shows not connected to any of my devices on both my iPhone 7 and iPadPro

I meant re-pair (pair again).
Do you see them at all? Can you repair?
Repair what? If I knew how to repair, I would not have posted.
When I try to re-pair, it won’t let me. I do as asked and that’s the abswer I get
