Can’t update my apps

I am not subscribed at any app and iTunes keep showing that i have bill needs to pay.⁉️

Where are you seeing that you have bills to pay ? Your screenshot is only asking you to verify your payment details e.g. to confirm your id and that it's your account, that has nothing to do with owing iTunes money.
