iphone 8 plus speakers rattling

I purchased my iPhone 8+ just last year, and it has been perfect up until now. I recently started noticing a rattling/crackling noise when i play music and videos. I noticed LOTS of other people experiencing the same problem. Is there anything i can do without spending a fortune on repairs? I do not have AppleCare as i usually do not need it.
