I think someone hacked my iPhone XR

Recently I have downloaded an app that caused my instagram account to be hacked. I got it fixed but since then I been getting weird messages that seems like they being sent by apple but aren’t.. they disappear when I close the scree. Moreover while I’m talking on the phone I hear weird sounds like someone is listening to me

I really don’t know what to do, I’m scared to someone have access to my iPhone camera.
