hack/tap in camera

hello! a few weeks ago I was on the pinterest app which i clicked on a picture link and it loaded some websites to which a pop up came up on my iphone 11 saying i had 39 viruses after visiting websites. I freaked out and clicked okay to exit out. it did exit out, and the website went blank. after that night, nothing has happened to my phone. no glitch nothing. however, I am just now paranoid if the pop up was real and can now cause something bad to happen to my phone such as a hack or real virus. plus, i am afraid that me clicking okay made it possible for someone to tap my phone or see me through the camera. all i’m looking for are some answers such as was it real? is my phone hacked? can someone see me ?
