iPhone : Show year in home screen date.

ios 12.1.4 How to change the date format that is displayed in the Homescreen when the phone is locked? More specifically, I want to see the “year” also as part of the date.

That is not an option on the iPhone.

That isn't possible. You can, however, ask Siri "Hey, Siri, what year is it?" and she will respond with the full day, month, date and year.
