after updating a security patch (12.1.4); my phone hangs often touch does not work, have to restart it still the same problem. IT JUST FREEZES PLZ HELP!!!!

I would start by backing up your phone, then wipe it and setup again. Setup as a new phone without the backup for the first attempt so you have a clean slate to test for hardware problems. If that works, put the backup back and test again.

I don't think this would work as one of my friend has received a new phone when he complained about the same issue at your store in return he was a given new phone with latest IOS 12.1.4 same problem. so its not hardware issue but its IOS problem.
