for my friend: when he tried to make under water pictures, the phone stopped working. nothing is working after. could you pls let me know what i have to do with it? do i have replacement or service from where i bought it or from the authorized dealers?
You'll have to pay for an out of warranty replacement. It is NOT water-proof. Liquid damage is not covered by the warranty. You should NEVER intentionally immerse the phone.

Water resistant. Call Apple support as we have no idea what country your in. You can start an Apple service repair.
