OWC SSD install failed

First sorry FOR my bad english

I bought a 480gb ssd from owc for a MacBook pro mid2014.

I encounter this problem in ssd formatting from disktility

could you please help me solve this problem?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

From Recovery or Internet recovery http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4718

Partition map error

If you can not erase/partition/format the Parent drive and reinstall the macOS, then replace the drive.

If it is a warranty issue—
