OWC SSD install failed

I bought a 480gb ssd from owc for a MacBook pro mid2014.
I encounter this problem in ssd formatting from disktility
could you please help me solve this problem?

If you can not erase/partition/format the Parent drive and reinstall the macOS, then replace the drive.
