watch repaired but not as expected

I had my series two stainless steel apple watch have it's screen glued back in as it popped out when it dropped. The warranty is out so I took it to my nearest store in Penn square mall and paid $40 for the screen to be fixed. I had a rush put on it and I received it not as expected. Swiping between watch faces no longer works and some features are randomly activated. It feels as though it ca easily fall off again at any point. I have restarted the watch as they told me to do a few times and nothing is working. Could I take it back to them and have it properly fixed or would i pay another $40 for it? Wasn't really sure where to ask this about so this was my first idea.
