Ghost billing from ITunes

So i wake up this morning and i got a message that funds have been taken from my credit card for ITUNES, firstly I never went to ITUNES, second I never clicked to pay anything on ITUNES, so I do not really understand what is the point where they say "transaction will never be completed until you complete the purchase" and I am quite sure i did not got ANYTHING from ITUNES.

Amount is small but if you multiply it with for example 10 000 customers it is serious money.

Can anyone explain this withdrawal from picture ?

You don't have to be using iTunes at the time of the purchase e.g. auto-renewing subscriptions and pre-orders will be paid for when due.


If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts linked to the card and not found it : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

and if it's not : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

contact the card issuer
