I accidentally set off my SOS on my watch. It contacted 911 and sent texts to my emergency contacts. That is all fine, but it is still sending texts to my emergency contacts today. It has sent 4 times. How do I get this to stop?

If you can’t stop the alerts by using the on screen controls you might have to perform a forced reset. Simply press and hold both buttons together until the Apple logo appears, then release the buttons and let the watch restart. It’s basically a tiny computer, and a reboot should restore control.
