Unknow Bar over dock

Hello friends, I'm new with macOS and this days a weird bar has appeared over my dock, and I don't know what it means and how I have activated it.

If I activate the automatic hiding of the dock, this bars is also hidden.

I have tried click it or move it but doesn't seems to react, any explanation ?

Thanks!

PS: If I move the dock to the left or top the bar is still in the bottom of the screen.

Have you tried restoring the Dock to its default state? If not, consider doing the following:

Type the following in the Terminal:

defaults delete com.apple.dock; killall Dock

Then hit the "return" key.

You may possibly have to reboot after doing that. Then you will have to re-add whatever apps and such you had in there before you performed the above steps.

Please let me know if this helps. Thanks! :)
