1/2 view of Dock at bottom- screen readjusts/moves at times

Thank you for your response-novice, senior citizen here-everything was A-OK, problems started today: 1/2 dock sometimes, sites (at top sometimes don't appear)screen movement -just started doing this. Looked briefly at your recommendation-complicated-but will check again.
If the default Accessibility Settings have not been changed, then you should be able to hold the Control key and slowly scroll in and out with your mouse and un-zoom the screen.
Me, I'll be 68 in Dec.
