I can’t access previously purchased music. I’ve followed the steps but I still can’t see the music yet when I go to iTunes Store it shows I have purchased certain songs. I’ve no idea the date the songs were purchased but they are not showing up on the purchased list.

If you go to the bottom of the Music tab in the iTunes Store and tap and log into the id, on your account there should be a Hidden Purchases section, you can use that to unhide or download them.
If they aren't showing for redownloading check to see if you've hidden them : Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support
So I will need a pc to do this? Can it not be done from my iphone? Thanks for helping!!
