My Netflix keeps signing out automatically when I exit the app from my Apple TV3.


I read online and to sign out from my Apple ID. I did that and restarted my Apple TV. That didn’t work. Even reset my Apple TV and that also didn’t work.


also when I signed out manually from Apple TV it displayed a message saying my device needs to be activated. Weird, as there is no activation code for the Apple TV for Netflix when signing in. I’ve attached the picture of the displayed message.

My issue is fixed at last!


I tried everything I could think of, as per my last few posts- restored app tv to factory settings and changed settings on netflix- removed all devices which were allowed to stream from netflix- all to no avail.


Just a few minutes ago I unplugged the apple TV for approx 3-5 mins and plugged it back in and its now logging into Netflix no probs. How did this resolve the issue? But its working! This may or may not help you.
