My Netflix keeps signing out when I exit app from my Apple TV2. Need Help

My Netflix keeps signing out automatically when I exit the app from my Apple TV2.

I read online and to sign out from my Apple ID. I did that and restarted my Apple TV. That didn’t work. Even reset my Apple TV and that also didn’t work.

also when I signed out manually from Apple TV it displayed a message saying my device needs to be activated. Weird, as there is no activation code for the Apple TV for Netflix when signing in. I’ve attached the picture of the displayed message.
