how do I stop the iCloud loading circle on the password page? It just keeps turning and I can't close the window

When you open www.icloud.com a small circle rotates for a while , the Apple ID address is shown below it , tap on the id it is selected in the empty field , again click on enter key you enter the iCloud account ( as iCloud Keychain is set up , also passwords are autofilled in safari preferences > when safari preferences is opened , enter the admin password autofill usernames and passwords box is checked .
In you Mac , either these settings are not set up properly or the page doesn't load , force quit the page , or you might have set incorrect DNS server settings in system preferences > network location or using some third party applications , VPN services , any softwares , cleaners , anti virus etc .
