Facetime

Hi guys! 'm trying to make a facetime video call but its not letting me call anyone. I want to log out and try again but I could not find where to log out. Can anyone please help me?

Open FaceTime and select Preferences from the FaceTime menu. Click the Sign Out button in the upper-right corner of the window.

How can I get FaceTime to dial out? All I get is a clicking sound. Wireless is connected I am trying to make a video call on FaceTime and not succeeding.
