Problem Relocating sound library

Hello. I'm having a problem relocating my Sound Library to an external hard drive. I'm currently using version 10.3.3.

After selecting the Logic Pro X Menu --> Sound Library, "Relocate Sound Library" simply isn't listed as an option. I saw many other users were having problems with the option being grayed out, but mine simply isn't there. I've "reinstalled sound library" twice now and it hasn't fixed the issue.

Is this option new in version 10.4.4? Could that be the problem?
