Cannot install printer (HP Envy 4500) driver after updating to Mojave

My HP printer worked perfectly fine on High Sierra. I had brought my Macbook Pro in to Apple Care, who installed a new hard drive and Mojave. Since getting the computer back, I cannot set up my printer. My printer is listed as a compatible one, but it does not appear as a printer through Airprint, and I cannot download the driver software. I have tried resetting printer settings and disconnecting and reconnecting the printer. I CAN still airprint through my phone, so it does not appear to be a printer issue.
