Also check that you have the RAM modules notch on the left side. This would probably stop you from closing the cage.
The only thing I can think to check on, is to open the cage back and make sure something did not fall in the compartment that is stopping you from getting it all the way back in. Use a flashlight to look in there and make sure it is clear. You might have to push a little harder than you are. You might have to spread those levers out a little when you push the cage back in. I replaced RAM in my 2014 iMac some years ago, and don't remember how hard I had to push to get the click. I know it went in OK and was pretty easy to do.
I would guess that you are not seating the RAM all the way in, especially if the door will close without any modules.

I took out all cards, than I could close the cage. When I put back even one single card I can’t close it. I am trying to do it very precisely
Everything was good until point 10 - the memory cage won’t go back into the housing when pushed
