How do I change my name in activity app

My activity app calls me by my wife’s name

Apple Watch Series 4, watchOS 5

Checked all that... it has always had my name there ... when activity app send me a notice it calls me the word “Number” I have my wife in my phone list as Number One...

To change your Watch's default name, you'll need to access the Watch appand make the following changes:

Launch the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
Tap on My Watch to access the Watch-specific settings.
Tap on General, then About and then Name.
Delete the current name and type in the new name you want to use.
