I went to this page on the Canon website. In the drivers section of the page for the Canon PIXMA MX432, it states the following:
"There is no driver for the OS Version you selected. The driver may be included in your OS or you may not need a driver."
So it sounds like if the driver has not been included in Apple's "Apple Canon Printer Drivers 3.4.dmg" package, you may not be able to use your printer with Mojave.
This breaking of printers and scanners is a common occurrence with macOS updates. Sometimes the manufacturer of the printer will have updated drivers which will keep your printer/scanner working. But if they have deprecated a certain model -- as occurred with me a while back -- and if Apple does not include the required driver in their packages, then there isn't much you can do about it.
There is still a little hope, however. While I was not able to find it on Canon's USA site, you might be able to find the driver you need on a foreign Canon website. I checked this page on one of Canon's European sites, and I could not find it there either. Maybe you just need to keep Goolging until you find it.
Update: I just checked this site. While they appear to have your driver, it is only for Windows, and not for Macintosh.
I hope this helps. Let me know. Thanks!
By use of a virtual machine (VMWare Fusion) I am able to use my non-Mojave compatible hardware; a printer is, indeed one of those pieces of hardware.
So, see if using Virtual Machine software would work. I use the latest version of VMWare Fusion. Another brand to use is Parallels.
I do not use Parallels, so I do not know if that would work.
Considering the cost of the software, perhaps it’s less expensive just to get new printer — particularly one that is Majave compatible.
Visit Canon's support site to download current drivers. Apple does not make printer drivers nor support non-Apple printers (there aren't any.) Note that Canon may no longer make a compatible driver for your model.

I may possibly have found what you need, and I do stress POSSIBLY. On this page, there are several downloads for MX430 series drivers for macOS. However, the short description only goes up to 10.13, so I don't know if they are Mojave compatible or not.
Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
Not long, I'm afraid. Canon announced last year it had stopped support of the Pixma line on the Mac. I have no idea why Canon did that except to assume the Pixma product is going out of production.
Apple includes all printer drivers provided by the manufacturers. If Canon does not update drivers or fails to send drivers to Apple, then they do not get bundled with any driver updates released by Apple. As of last year or the year before Apple announce they will no longer be supporting any printers: Apple stops maintaining its printer compatibility list – The Eclectic Light Company.
I know, Kappy. That is why I said possibly. From the half dozen or so sites that I visited, I was given the impression that the MX432 may have been discontinued by Canon. The model numbers seem to jump from 430 to 434 in the driver department. The same thing happened with my previous PIXMA. It stopped working six months after I purchased it, because of a macOS update, and no more drivers for it. Now I am wondering how much longer my current PIXMA will last before it to falls by the wayside due to a lack of updated drivers by Canon.
Thanks for that bit of info, Kappy. I was not aware of that. It looks like come 10.15, I will once again be shopping for a new printer. As to Canon's "why", doesn't it always come down to the profit margin in one way or the other? :(
Who else but consumers. You pay for everything. That provides profit to the vendor. That's how the system works everywhere in the world. As the song says, "You always pay for what you get; but you don't always get what you pay for." It's called economics.
None of those drivers are made for use with Mojave. They may or may not work. But then the OP is probably using one already. Obviously, it doesn't appear to work.
I certainly hope so. Profit: Good. No profit: Bad. More profit: Best. :)
Yes, but at whose expense? The end users. :(
