Stuck on Enter Iphone Passcode

Logged out of my icloud account on my iphone and I can't log back in because everything I try to log in , the screen gets stuck on Enter Iphone Passcode screen.

Currently been stuck there for almost an hour, I tried again and it was the same thing

iPhone 5s, iOS 12
