Com.apple.mobile phone error

HELP!! I purchased a new iPhone 8 thru consumer cellular. They activated and ported over my phone number from AT&T. Everything is fine except my voicemail. I cannot set up my custom voicemail greeting.I keep getting this message:Com.apple.mobile phone error

You should ask Consumer Cellular.
