i was in the shower listening to music not knowing my phone was getting wet now my phone thinks that I am using it with headphones and I’m not what should I do ?

I reccomend turning it completely off and putting it Ito rice to dry out, as water probably got in to the phone. DO NOT turn it on as this can make damage even worse. Apple usually won't work on water damaged devices.
Dry it off; turn it off and place it in a warm (not hot) location for a few days. If it doesn't work at the end of that time make a genius bar appointment to discuss a replacement.
Umm, rice doesn’t do anything to help. Urban myth. It’s true that if you put it in rice for a week the phone will dry out. But just not using it for a week will work just as well.
And it will dry just as well in a week of non-humid air as in a bowl of rice.
