I have 2 Apple IDs. 1 for the UK, another for the US.
If I changed the Apple ID of one account to that of another, wold my purchases all be in one account?
Can I even do this across countries, or do i need to change regions?
Purchases can't be merged into another Apple ID. You would need to change regions to update purchases made in that region if the update wasn't available in the region you have selected. Some items purchased in one region may not be available in the other region.
