Voiceover comes on automatically on startup. How can I stop this?

Just in the past few days, whenever I boot up my MacBook Pro, Voiceover comes on automatically. I dislike this very much and want to stop it from happening.

Voiceover on every time I start up Hi there, I recently updated to OSX 10.14.1(Mojave). I noticed that ever since, whenever I start my Mac I get "welcome to Mac OSX, Voiceover is On" and I need to click to turn it off. I've searched the forums and have done all the advice (Settings - Accessibility - Vision - Voiceover - disable voiceover). Every time, when I check this, it's already toggled off (because I turn it off at start up). I am wondering how to have it stop automatically turning back on every time I restart the computer? It's not a huge deal but it's annoying and a bit startling at times. Thanks.

the voiceover feature can not be turned off during my new macbook setup, I have accidentally turn on something, so it keeps talking when I type how whenever I type. I check the accessiblility, under system preference the voiceover feature is off. so how to turn the voice off if the "voiceover feature" is NOT on at first place?

Already looked there. There's nothing checked that shows this should be happening.
