Windows 10 black screen after wake!

This happens often, and it's really annoying.

After some minutes of inactivity, Windows 10 puts MacBook Pro screen in sleep mode.

But, after wake, I can see the touchbar active, while the screen remains black, and there's no way to wake it, if not rebooting.

Is there a fix or a workaround for this?

Create a Windows System Restore point and Update AMD graphics drivers for Windows in Boot Camp - Apple Support, if necessary.

If the standard AMD drivers do not work, try the drivers from bootcampdrivers.com.

Hi Marco,

Have a look at this thread https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250268973?page=1

perhaps there is a connection. I mainly had BSOD's connected to the "Apple Audio Device" but I believe I experienced the issue you described at least 2 times as well (in a very short period of time). Now after deactivating the "Apple Audio Device" in the win 10 device manager, I have not had any issues anymore in almost a week.

Would be intresting to test if you see any improvement if you deactivate the "Apple Audio Device" temporarily.
