I had my work email configured which forced me to go to 8 digit pass code. Then I uninstalled all work related apps however now I cant roll back to four digit passcode option. Pls assist

You just have to go to below link and remove your device from managed devices by your company

Are you talking about your e-mail password, or are you talking about the passcode to unlock your iphone?
